Contact Communication

Contact communication in care facilities, other congregate living settings and households with many people living in one house is a priority.

Contact communication of patients with COVID-19 potentially exposed at work and patients in health care facilities, congregate living settings or housing with many people is complex.

Settings include:

Long-term care facilities
Group home/board
Multigenerational housing

In addition to health care workers, it is important to assess interactions between residents and all staff, including but not limited to activity coordinators, food service staff, and facilities management.

Contact Tracing Communication

IMPORT

You can easily bulk import contacts with all the specific information needed to immediately send targeted notifications and messages.

CONTACT TYPES

You can create contact types to be assigned to contacts that enable targeted contact tracing notifications and messaging. Example, "Exposed", "Symptomatic", "Infected", "Recovering", "Cured".

MESSAGING

Enables BROADCAST NOW and SCHEDULED notifications to known contacts using and all of the following:
Recorded voice message, email, and SMS text message.

RELATIONAL CONTACTS

You can create relationship types and link contacts to each other to provide messaging and reporting of connected contacts. Example, "Family Member", "Father", "Child", etc.

USING CONTACT TYPES

Messaging can be tailored to the likelihood of exposure, include links to health information
resources, and provide next steps (e.g., testing, self-isolation)

SCHEDULED MESSAGES

Enables automatIing reminders to known contacts and community contacts for with directions to call or electronically self-report symptoms and other information facilitating the connection with support services.
